This flaky, crunchy Seed & Sumac Cracker Mix is a cross between Scandinavian crispbread and hearty granola clusters. Once baked, these gluten-free crackers can be snacked on solo or added to a charcuterie board.
Cured sumac adds a summer pickle aroma to wholesome rolled oats, ample additions of sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and crispy corn flour. Once baked, these gluten-free crackers are snackable on their own.
